Several developments at once, run by the two people whose names are on them.
Packard Barry Developments is Grace Packard and Seán Barry. We are based in Edinburgh and build across Scotland, from the central belt to the Caithness coast.
We run projects at pace, but not at arm's length. The decisions which are expensive to undo — where a house sits, how it takes the weather, what it is made of — are made by us rather than delegated.

A four-bedroom house going up on the east coast of Caithness, six miles south of John o' Groats. It is open, treeless country up there — flagstone dykes, weather off the North Sea, and very little between the house and the water.
